2. PER PAX SYSTEM
All C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) for the sale of travel components are based on a “per PAX” system, meaning prices are quoted on a per passenger basis. Children are included in this count, however in many cases discounts apply depending on the age of the child,. Please note however that for a “Meal Plan” a child accompanying adults will not be included and will incur and additional meal charge.
3. PAYMENT
All products pricing is quoted in United States Dollars. If payment is made by a bank transfer, we would require a copy of the bank transfer details to be faxed along with a copy of the SWIFT message report.
Group – High Season Period (November to February)
50% Payment by Bank transfer before arrival at the lastest 2 months of the customer’s arrival (Start of Journey). 25% Payment by bank transfer before arrival at one month. The last 25% Payment by Bank transfer 15 days of the customer’s arrival or as agreed upon prior to booking. All payment shall be made in US Dollars, into the account of the responsible sales office. Any banking fees for remittances paid into the account of C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) shall be borne by the client.
Group – Low Season Period (March to October)
60% Payment by Bank transfer before arrival at the lastest 1 months of the customer’s arrival (Start of Journey). 40% Payment by Bank transfer 15 days of the customer’s arrival or as agreed upon prior to booking. All payment shall be made in US Dollars, into the account of the responsible sales office. Any banking fees for remittances paid into the account of C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) shall be borne by the client.
FIT – High Season (November to February)
100% Payment by Bank transfer before arrival at the latest 14 days of the customer’s arrival (Start of Journey All payment shall be made in US Dollars, into the account of the responsible sales office. Any banking fees for remittances paid into the account of C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) shall be borne by the client.
FIT – Low Season (March to October)
100% Payment by Bank transfer before arrival at the latest 7 days of the customer’s arrival (Start of Journey All payment shall be made in US Dollars, into the account of the responsible sales office. Any banking fees for remittances paid into the account of C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) shall be borne by the client.
4. ACCURACY
The data and product provided herein are maintained and updated by C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) and our partners. All tours, prices and other services displayed are subject to availability and certain terms and conditions. C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information featured. However, we take every reasonable measure to ensure that all details are correct at the time of entry. Information and prices provided at time of booking and confirmation shall be considered the most current, however may be subject to further updates and changes.
Transport Timings:
All transport (flight, boat, train, bus, car etc) timings are provisional and could be subject to change. Agents will be informed of any major change as soon as C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) is notified.
5. SERVICES & MODIFICATION OF SERVICES
The scope of contractual services rendered by C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) is set out in this current confidential tariff and the specifications in the relevant tour confirmation documents received by Agent. Any amendments to and modifications of contractual services only apply when confirmed in writing by C-Imex (C-Asiatravel), who reserve the right to charge additional fees and/or surcharges for such approved change in services rendered.
After commencement of journey:
Any such requests for changes in services rendered once the Client journey has commenced, including changes in itinerary items, will only be permissible subject to receipt of written authorization for such changes and /or additional fees for said services from Agent or payment direct by Client to C-Imex (C-Asiatravel)
Forced modifications:
Should it become necessary for C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) to modify or amend the scope of contractual services rendered through the result of changes in third party supplier services (e.g. changes or cancellation of airline, train, bus, or other transport schedules; hotels overbooked etc.), C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) will do its utmost to replace said service (s) – however it may not be possible always to provide an alternate service. C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) shall not be held liable for any losses (real or otherwise) as a result of such third party actions.
6. SURCHARGES
The price of Agents tour arrangements can be varied due to changes in third party service costs, e.g.peak season surcharges, fuel surcharges, scheduled airfares, government imposed fees, compulsory meals and any other service surcharges which are imposed on to C-Imex (C-Asiatravel). C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) will endeavour to notify Agents of such increases as early in advance as possible, however Agent acknowledges that such surcharges are beyond the control of C-Imex (C-Asaitravel) and therefore C-Imex(C-Asiatravel) must pass on such surcharges to Agent/Client.
7. CANCELLATION
If Agent wishes to cancel booked and CONFIRMED services, it must do so in WRITING to the C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) office in Bangkok (contact details above); cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- 60 + days before arrival no cancellation fee
- 59 to 50 Days before arrival date – 50 % of tour price
- 49 to 1 Days before arrival date – 75% of tour price
- No Show – 100% of tour price
8. Warranty & Liability
C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) shall have no liability to the Agent and/or Client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from any Input Material or instructions supplied by the Agent which are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising from late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of the Agent and/or Client.
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by C-Imex (C-Asiatravel)’s negligence, C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) shall not be liable to the Agent and /or Client by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the Contract, for any loss or profit or – any indirect, special or consequential loss which could not reasonably have been within the contemplation of the parties, damage, cost, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of C-Imex (C-Asiatravel), its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the specified service or their use by the Client.
C-Imex (C-Asiatravel) shall not be liable to the Agent and/or Client or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of C-Imex (C-Asiatravel)’s obligations in relation to the Specified Service, if the delay or failure was due to any act of God, fire, flood, draught or other abnormal weather conditions, war, strike, lock-out or other industrial dispute, civil commotion, riot, malicious damage, breakdown of plant or machinery, default of suppliers, (including, without limitation, any action or omission by any supplier and /or airline).
9. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms & conditions and any matters arising from it shall be subject to Thai law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thailand.
